The following items are to be declared prior to being accepted as courier material:

CONSIGNMENTS
All consignments must be handed over to Churchills International Express under cover of a signed house air waybill. These will be supplied to you. Flyers (bags) will also be supplied free of charge.

COLLECTION TIMES
Churchills International Express will arrange for our courier to collect from you. Please contact us as early as possible to ensure international cut-off times are met. Alternatively, discuss your collection requirements with the sales executive servicing you, should you require a daily collection.

SPECIAL HANDLING
Any special handling or instructions regarding any shipment must be advised to Churchills International Express and confirmed prior to collection. Any shipment requiring special handling or faster transit times will be quoted separately from our courier rates.

INTERNATIONAL AIRFREIGHT
Churchills International Express offers both an express door to door airfreight service or consolidated airfreight. Rates will be quoted dependent upon final destination, weight, dimensions and commodity. These rates are not reflected in our tariff, but are available on request.

EXPORT DOCUMENTATION
All non-document consignments leaving South Africa must be accompanied by a Proforma Invoice or Commercial Invoice detailing the contents of the consignment, reason for export and value.
A non Monetary Exchange bank form (NEP) or exchange control Declaration (F178) must accompany the consignment applicable. If you are unsure regarding documentation, please contact us. No consignment will be dispatched if the required documentation is not supplied.

OVERSEAS COLLECTIONS
Churchills International Express will, on a faxed request, organise collections overseas for delivery and payment in South Africa. The tariff will be dependent on weight, number of pieces, dimensions, contents and country of collection.

C.O.D. COLLECTIONS
Churchills International express does not have this facility. All consignments will be for the shippers account.

INSURANCE
Insurance is optional. Please ensure that you mark the air waybill in the appropriate rubic. Insurance cover is calculated at 2% of the declared value.

ACCOUNT FACILITIES
An account number will be issued to you upon completion and approval of our Credit application form.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Strictly 30 days from date of statement. No settlement discount available. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts.
